We have seen how important it is for our wellbeing and mental health to get outdoors and experience community which is why we continue to do what we do. The government has now removed remaining domestic restrictions in England but we are still looking out for the health of our guests.

• If you have to cancel your trip because you test positive for Covid, we will do our best to reschedule you on another trip but cannot guarantee that you will be rebooked. In that case, we will offer you a partial refund of your trip.

• If we have to cancel a trip due to changes in government Covid-19 guidance, guests who have booked directly with us will be fully refunded. Guests who have booked via another operator will have to check the rules with the company they booked with.
