If you cancel your booking 45 days or more before the start date we will give you a full refund (minus a 3.5% booking fee if you paid with a card).

If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date we will give you a 50% refund (minus a 3.5% booking fee if you paid with a card).

In the case of cancellation between 14-0 days before the start date we will not be able to make a refund, except in very rare circumstances.

If we have to cancel a trip because of government restrictions then we will offer a full refund or try to re-book you to another date.
